“I believe every person can live truthfully, lead with integrity, and cultivate a mindset that supports lasting growth. My role is to work alongside you as you uncover the strength and wisdom already within. Whether you’re seeking clarity, courage, or a deeper sense of purpose, I create space for you to shift old patterns, expand your perspective, and grow — at your pace, in your way.”
MY APPROACH
My coaching philosophy is rooted in being a steady mix of compassion and challenge. I listen deeply, encourage wholeheartedly, and empower you when you need it most.
Growing up as a Mary Kay Cosmetics kid, I was introduced early on to Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz. Hill’s work especially influenced my philosophy of PMA (Positive Mental Attitude), shaping my belief that mindset and vision are powerful drivers of success.
I don’t offer quick fixes. Instead, I create safe, gutsy spaces where truth matters more than trends, and growth is nurtured through accountability with kindness.
MY STORY
For more than 20 years, I’ve been leading people and organizations toward their highest potential. From guiding federal teams responsible for multimillion-dollar budgets to mentoring individuals at pivotal crossroads in their lives, I’ve seen again and again how transformation begins with one honest step forward.
My professional journey started in 1994 as a National Management Trainee for Sears. Later, I was nominated and selected to join the prestigious Presidential Management Intern program — a federal leadership development pathway. That opportunity opened the door to public service, where I’ve since built a career rooted in leadership, integrity, and purpose. Today, I serve as a Division Director for Operations, Management, and Information Services.
But beyond titles and credentials, my mission remains simple: to empower people to discover their purpose, power, and joy.

A PERSONAL NOTE
The titles and accomplishments I've earned mean little without the people and passions I hold closest. I'm the proud mother of two incredible young adults—a brilliant daughter in law school and a determined son pursuing business. They inspire me daily to live with courage, purpose, and joy.
When I’m not coaching, you can often find me fueling my adventurous spirit by traveling to new places or staying active as a committed member of my national alumni association. These experiences—from exploring the world to connecting with my community—reinforce my belief that life is an adventure meant to be shared.
What truly grounds me is connection. Coaching isn't just about goals; it's about walking alongside people as they discover their own strength and possibilities. That shared journey, inspired by the time I spend with family and friends, is where I find the deepest meaning in my work.
