Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Exalted Life Coaching, we value the integrity of your investment and the energy you bring to your personal growth journey. The following policy outlines how refunds, reschedules, and cancellations are handled for all services and products offered through our website.

1. Discovery Calls

Discovery Calls are complimentary and may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time before your scheduled appointment.

Out of respect for our time together, we request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

2. Coaching Sessions & Programs

All coaching purchases (including Authentically You 1:1, Empty Nester Empowerment, and other 1:1 experiences) represent a mutual commitment between coach and client.

Refunds:

  • Coaching fees are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

  • Requests for refunds made seven (7) calendar days before the first session may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company's discretion.

  • Requests for refunds within seven (7) calendar days are subject to a $50 administrative fee. 

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund unless an emergency arises.

Program Transfers or Credits:
In exceptional circumstances, coaching credits may be applied to future services at the discretion of Exated Life Coaching.

3. Group Programs & Masterminds (e.g., The Gutsy Leader Code™)

Enrollment in group coaching or mastermind programs secures your seat and impacts group dynamics and capacity.

Refunds:

  • All payments for group programs are final and non-refundable once access or orientation materials have been provided.

  • Requests for refunds seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the first session may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Company.

  • Requests for refunds within seven (7) calendar days are subject to a $50 administrative fee. 

Transfers:
In certain cases, participants may defer enrollment to the next cohort with written approval. Requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the program start date.

4. Digital Products & Personalized Services

This includes offerings such as:

  • Letters from Auntie Alia (Standalone)

  • Personalized digital content or PDF deliveries

Due to the custom and digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the order has been placed or fulfilled.

If there is an error in delivery (e.g., you did not receive your letter), please contact us at [Insert Contact Email], and we will ensure prompt resolution.

5. Subscriptions

This includes Letters from Auntie Alia (Subscription) and similar recurring programs.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account or contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will continue to have access until that time.

Refunds:
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, but you will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation.

6. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan for a coaching package or program, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension of services or restricted access to coaching sessions, materials, or communities until payment is received.

If you experience financial hardship, please reach out to discuss a temporary payment adjustment.

7. Exceptions & Discretion

We understand that life happens. Refunds or credits outside of these terms may be granted at the sole discretion of Exalted Life Coaching in cases of verified emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
